Not since 31 August 2026. The Department of Consular Affairs replaced the document indicating current location with proof of permanent residence, and added a certificate of criminal record clearance. Applications submitted before that date follow the old list. Prepare residence proof for the country where you file, not a bill from wherever you happen to be staying.
